I finally bought this dryer after months of reading the reviews and justifying the cost. My advice to anyone considering purchasing this over priced blow dryer, make sure you keep your reciept in a safe place so when it breaks hopefully they won't have a diffeent excuse not to warranty their expensive junk blow dryer!!!īottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend Unfortunately for me, I don't have the receipt so they will not warranty a faulty over priced junk blow dryer. The next 5 or so months the cold shot has been giving me problems to where it doesn't work anymore and even seems like it could be a f i r e hazard.īecause this blow dryer was so expensive compared to the drug store 10 year plus disposable blow dryer because of price, I figured I contact customer service. I used this blow dryer for a year with no problems. The blow dryer is fantastic as long as it's working. I have owned this blow dryer for right around a year and a half. Because this blow dryer is so expensive for a non professional user, I feel compelled and obligated to share my experience. I believe with the right drying techniques such as using a roundbrush and the right products like Kenra's blowout spray, you can achieve great results with most any hairdryer without spending a lot of money. It's just too pricey to justify keeping it. I only noticed a slight difference overall but not enough to keep it. If my hair were healthier this may have given me better results. I have overprocessed, coarse but thinning hair. It didn't dry my hair any faster than my old 1875 watt Revlon which I had for 5 years. Also, the cool shot button was not cool enough for me. The cool shot bottom was not easy to press or use and the buttons were in an awkward place on the handle. I was surprised at how heavy the dryer was, especially with the attachment on. I hated the color but decided I could live with it if I loved it.
